At Eighty9 we strive to give you the best cup of coffee every single time. To facilitate this, we have our own “in-house” fully trained service team. Not one aspect of our service is outsourced. Our own engineers understand the machines and our coffee, ensuring you the highest standards & guaranteeing you the highest level of quality repair and the best tasting coffee. We only deal with three trusted machine manufacturers. This enables our service team to be fully proficient at speedy repairs and to diagnose issues quickly resulting in zero down time of your machine.
Our service team members are all trained Baristas. This ensures that not only is your machine fixed correctly but your coffee is always exceptional. They are always eager to pass on advice or spend some time afterwards to go over some of the fundamentals that staff may have forgotten from the Barista Training course.
We only use genuine spare parts. This allows us to use the highest quality parts supplied by the machine manufacturers, while at the same time passing on the savings we get from bulk ordering and all the time never jeopardising your machines warranty. All our vehicles are stocked with a comprehensive array of spare parts providing you with a quick and speedy repair.
Technical Service Agreement
For the equipment you have purchased from Eighty9, you can include a service contract through us. We take care of regular maintenance so your machine will always be in optimal condition. Any malfunctions can be quickly remedied by our specialised technicians. To discuss a service contract please contact us so we can customise a package for your business needs.
The Service we offer:
After you make an enquiry with us, we will get someone from our trained sales team to call you back and discuss your needs. We will come and visit you at your location, to see first-hand what you need, and give you non-binding, honest and helpful assistance regarding a coffee solution.
Before we undertake any install of equipment a member of our service team will tell you what facilities you need in order to have a functioning coffee machine in your premises. We will visit you, at no additional cost, if you require. We will also deal with any third party agents (builders, plumbers etc) if you need help deciding what you need on site.
- When you are a client you will be assigned with your own account manager, who will look after you and any problems you might have. All our machines are also branded with the number of our service department, so you won’t be looking for phone numbers.
- We have a custom built phone answering service. If you call and no one answers, email are sent directly to our engineers with your voicemail, so that the problem is picked up immediately, and dealt with as soon as possible.
Basically, we have people on the ground, doing a tangible job and taking the problems around your coffee business out of your hands, so you can concentrate on all the important, other aspects of your business. We don’t outsource one aspect of our service and quality control, so we, and we alone are responsible for ensuring you serve the best quality coffee on the Island of Ireland, 365 days of the year.
