Coffee roasted in small batches, in Dun Laoghaire, by our Master Roasters Laura & Dylan to our exclusive recipe. The green beans, from Brazil (30%), Vietnam (30%) & Honduras / Peru (40%) are blended by experts and roasted delicately and slowly. The cup profile to expect is full-bodied, round & spicy with a light sweetness.

Finca San Louise is from the region of Tolima, in Colombia. The beans are grown at an altitude of over 1700 m.a.s.l. by Omar Arango’s family. These beans are fully washed, and sundried on African beds, which guarantee a good airflow throughout the drying process. The variety is Colombia, Caturra, Castillo & Tabi. The cup profile to expect is berry notes, with a complex medium body and a light spiciness.
